The written part of the Platform Developer II exam is being replaced by four superbadges in Trailhead. This was big news at the TrailheadDX conference back in June of this year. This is yuge because it means that individuals can now take the certification exam at anytime instead of waiting on a list to be able to take the exam.

In starting out as a Salesforce Administrator, I received lots of job inquiries from many organizations. In going through the interviewing process with two different companies (19 total interviews), I got to experience some technical interviews and behavioral interviews that covered a lot about Salesforce. These are a sampling of questions asked for both Salesforce Administrator positions, and how to answer them. Some of these questions are left unanswered, because that depends on your own work experience. These are great to know, as I’m sure they’d be similar questions asked in other Salesforce Administrator interviews.
